Product(s) may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Whatsapp us at 0300-1239945 to initiate a request for product exchange or return.

This policy applies to local orders only.

Conditions:

– Original purchase invoice needs to be presented and sent.
– Products should be unused and in the same condition as purchased.

Refund Policy

You may refund your goods (nonexclusive brands) subject to the following conditions:-

1. Refund within 3 days of purchase or receiving of good.
2. You will be asked to present the original invoice for the goods.
3. Products are not damaged or used.
4. No collection of delivered goods will be done for Refund.
